Exquisitely blending three types of sake rice (Yamada Nishiki, Omachi, and Kamenoo), intertwining their flavors in a complementary manner, as if exuding a delicate and enchanting sweetness from the terroir of Oya stone, this sake is known as the "Assemble Miracle." As the embodiment of this "Assemble Miracle," this sake carries the fresh aromas reminiscent of white grapes or pears, brimming with a sense of freshness. It emanates citrusy acidity and a gentle, pristine flavor, harmoniously balancing sweetness. Despite its light alcohol content, it retains depth and body, presenting an unfiltered original sake that preserves its freshness.

The Genesis of "Hope!": "Hope!" is introduced by Senkin Company, born from the aspiration to convey messages of hope amid the influence of the novel coronavirus. The impact of the pandemic compelled Senkin Company to significantly readjust its alcohol production plans. Consequently, the company found itself with three distinct brewing opportunities: one using Kamenoo, one using Yamada Nishiki, and one using Omachi. While each of these sakes could have been sold individually to good reception, Senkin Company perceived this convergence of timing as a "miracle." Guided by the notion of "Now, what we need is to move forward together, in collaboration," Senkin Company blended these three sakes to create the product named "Hope!," symbolizing the collective aspirations of the company and everyone else.

The Mission of "Hope!" Continues: As of April 2023, society has begun to adapt to coexisting with the novel coronavirus, and the infection categorization has been downgraded to level 5. It may have seemed that the mission of "Hope!" was fulfilled. However, it has not ended.

In February 2023, massive earthquakes struck Turkey and Syria, affecting many individuals. Our heartfelt condolences go out to those affected by these disasters.

Furthermore, the military invasion of Ukraine by Russia that commenced in February 2022 continues.
