This sake is filled with a fresh flavor reminiscent of freshly squeezed white grapes in its aroma. The sweetness hits the palate upfront, followed by a wrapping acidity. When mixed with the lees, it gains youthful vitality, showcasing a refreshing lemongrass and herbal scent, as well as a more vibrant and juicy texture.

This sake is a limited edition from the Senkin brand, known as "Hatsufune Arabashiri Shiboritate Namazake".

It is a sake that is freshly pressed for the first time by Senkin, using the "Direct Pressing" method, where the liquid is extracted directly without any contact with the air, straight from the drop to the collection vessel.

Although this method requires more time and effort, it results in a pristine taste and texture with no exposure to air.
