This sake has a lower alcohol content of 14%. The previous series (Junmai Ginjo and Tokubetsu Junmai) were themed on scenes from morning to evening, while this new series is themed on the stars shining in the night sky when looking up from the ground. The label with a slanted cut features the "Sara" icon, and the brightest star "Vesper" shines brightly.
