The sake has a refreshing body, a long aftertaste, and pairs well with various dishes.

This brewery is in excellent form! The new Rz55 from Ryouzeki Brewery is back in stock after last year. It is a sake made from the rare Kamenoo rice, polished to 55%, with a Japanese Sake Meter Value of +2.4. It presents an ultimate balance of refreshing "umami" and sharpness, as a pure rice ginjo sake.
