This sake exudes a fresh aroma of sweet melon, with a non-irritating fresh sensation, a refreshing juicy sweetness, and a slightly refreshing fruity taste that lingers in the aftertaste. The four-stage preparation of mochi rice showcases an elegant freshness and rich texture, gradually dissipating in a gentle aftertaste. Be sure to try the wonderful flavors of Roman and Fukunoka.

This sake uses the sake rice developed in Fukushima Prefecture, "Fukunoka," polished to 50% as koji rice and brewing rice, and is brewed using "Beautiful Dream Yeast" and four-stage mochi rice preparation. Fukunoka rice is sourced from Tokamachi, adjacent to Minamiaizu Town. The mochi rice used is produced in Minamiaizu. We believe that this sake embodies the qualities of Fukunoka, the characteristics of Roman, and the advantages of the four-stage preparation.
