Unlike the rich, Yamahai and Kimoto-type hot sakes, this warm drinkable Junmai sake exudes subtle aromas of banana and melon, paired with a moderate intensity of rice aroma. The body is smooth, reminiscent of clear water, and the dry finish makes it hard to resist pouring another glass. Even those who typically prefer cold sake can easily enjoy this refreshing and gentle hot sake.

The recommended drinking temperature is warm sake (around 40 degrees Celsius), but it is also suitable for hot sake (50 degrees Celsius).
