The 18th generation master brewer at Makino Brewery recognized the importance of the next generation of sake and integrated new brewing techniques on the foundation of traditional methods.

This sake has been recognized at the Kanto-Shinetsu National Taxation Bureau Sake Appraisal for three consecutive years in the junmai category, achieving third place, first place, and first place respectively in the Reiwa 1st to 3rd years. In Reiwa 4th year, it once again received an Excellence Award in three categories: sake, junmai ginjo, and junmai.

This sake is made from a combination of low-polished rice and sake rice, giving it a mysterious veil, and brewed as a junmai sake.
