Description

This traditional Kimoto sake has undergone a longer fermentation process compared to regular Kimoto, characterized by robust yeast that survives in harsh natural environments, resulting in a rich and deep flavor with a wild acidity. Additionally, the unique matured taste from the low polishing rate of 90% and the new-style "macho" blend seamlessly to create an unprecedented style. With an alcohol content of around 15%, despite its strong appearance, its light and invigorating taste is one of its charms!

The recommended drinking temperature is room temperature, but when heated, the acidity and mellowness harmonize with each other, while when served cold, you can enjoy a refreshing acidity and sharpness.

Please be sure to try tasting this sake at different temperatures.

The popular "macho" series from Makino Shuzo challenges for the first time this year by using traditional brewing methods for Kimoto sake without adding cultured yeast.

The "Osakazuki Macho Junmai Kimoto 90 Namazake" is brewed using rice polished to 90% produced in Gunma Prefecture, characterized by a wild flavor profile and known as the "Gorimadinjo."
