Domain Kakuto是由佐藤家族的父親佐藤宗一的親傳弟子們管理的葡萄園。Domaine Akio是由佐藤明夫及其親傳弟子吉澤信負責管理的葡萄園。這兩個領域的葡萄酒被混合在一起。2020年的葡萄酒雖然不是特別濃郁，但具有清新的酸度和迷人的香氣，味道豐富，包括一些甜味。
