The distinctive flavor of Noto Hatsuzakura and the traditional taste of Tengumai dance perfectly blend together. Please enjoy this fine brew, supporting Noto Hatsuzakura, and relive the beauty and nostalgia of Noto.

Following the 2011 Tohoku earthquake, Sakura Brewery in Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture was completely destroyed. The brewmaster, Mr. Sakura Hiroki, slowly rebuilt the brewery from scratch amidst the rubble.

This sake is a blend of Noto Hatsuzakura and Tengumai, which miraculously survived the disaster, and all profits will be used to support the reconstruction of Sakura Brewery. Please definitely support Noto Hatsuzakura.
