Description

This series is characterized by its natural richness of flavor, calm mouthfeel, and gentle aftertaste that lingers and disappears quietly. This sake can be paired with various temperatures ranging from chilled to warm, making it a perfect match for any meal. In volume 2, the rice used has been changed from 100% Hokuriku's "Gohyakumangoku" to 85%, making it slightly richer and with clearer flavor contours.

The Noguchi Naohiko Research Institute has launched a new series called "Kanagaso" with its first offering, "2018 Vintage," released in April of this year and already sold out. Now, the "2018 Vintage vol.2" is being relaunched and inherits the style of "2018 Vintage."

The Kanagaso series adheres to the concept of "expressing nature more and embellishing daily life with Japanese sake." For Vol.2, the best sake was selected from the 2018 Vintage stored in the brewery.
