This sake emphasizes the lightness of summer. You can perceive a cherry-like sweet and sour fragrance, and as it enters the mouth, a well-balanced fresh and delightful taste unfolds. The balance between sweetness, acidity, and bitterness is excellent, complementing each other and presenting a rich mouthfeel.

After tasting, the refreshing aftertaste perfectly combines with the pleasant freshness typical of summer sake. True to its name "Satin," the taste is as smooth as silk.

This sake cleverly blends Nitto Sake Brewery's philosophy of "only those who chase two rabbits can catch them both" and successfully incorporates elements of summer. It pairs exceptionally well with summer cuisine and must be enjoyed with appropriate cooling, savoring the wonderful taste as the temperature changes.

From Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, comes the summer sake "Satin" with its striking deep blue bottle.

The rice koji used for this sake is "Mansaku," originally a special rice offered during a ceremony held during the enthronement of an emperor, praying for a bountiful harvest and national peace. Although cultivation was once interrupted, it was revived from just 10 grams of seeds by the efforts of local farmers in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, restoring a history of 100 years.

Such precious "Mansaku" rice, with its excellent brewing characteristics, rivals Omachi rice. It is polished to as low as 70% polishing rate, fully unleashing the potential of this rice and showcasing its charm beyond history.
