This sake has a Junmai Ginjo aroma, a smooth texture, light sweetness, refreshing acidity, bitterness, and a slight astringency in the aftertaste that are all unique characteristics.

Kairyoshinjuku has been used in seasonal product "Turquoise Blue" for several years. It has the characteristics of Yamamoto Sake Brewery, with a firmness and delicacy. In this project, we are committed to providing Yamamoto's unique fresh and refreshing sake, so we brewed this sake vigorously upon shipment. Although all five sake breweries use the same rice, we use Akita yeast No.12, which is the yeast used in our flagship product "Pure Black," so you can feel the unique style and characteristics of Yamamoto Sake Brewery in the 12-year collaboration with NEXT5.
