In the aftertaste, the essence of burning bonfire smoke is felt, further highlighting the overall layers. On the palate, a solid sense of wood and power from the cask, along with a smoky and gunpowder-like taste. This blends with the sweet flavors of vanilla and honey, presenting a richer and more intense impression. In the finish, red fruit and a high smoky flavor, like the song, blend together, bringing a slightly melancholic impression to the overall experience.

"BURN" symbolizes the peak period of THE YELLOW MONKEY, expressing the masculine and enchanting charm possessed by Mr. Yoshii.

To enhance the burning passion brought by this song, we focused on the technique of "toasting." "Toasting" is a method of burning the inside of the cask with flames, promoting the dissolution of the woody components of the cask.

The casks used in the maturation process this time were personally "toasted" by the staff of Nagahama Distillery. The sweet aroma of smoky flavors, nuts, and vanilla, reminiscent of honey, is brought by BURN, and the addition of smoky-type spirits enhances the effect of smoke, as if flames are sealed in the bottle, presenting a passionate taste.
