The classic Junmai series typically has a Sake Meter Value (Nihonshudo) ranging from +2 to +3, making it more suitable for food pairing. Therefore, this new product has been designed to fall between the two, catering to a broader range of taste preferences.

This sake is crafted using the legendary rice variety called Aiyama, polished to a rate of 50%, with a Sake Meter Value ranging from -6 to -8, resulting in a slightly sweet taste profile. The alcohol content is also relatively low at 15%, making it a relatively light sake.
