This Japanese sake showcases enchanting sweetness and delicate acidity, enveloping its deliciousness with a soothing mouthfeel, reminiscent of refreshing flowing water. The balanced taste and aroma, crafted from yeast strain No. 9, make it perfect for various occasions, whether as an aperitif or during meals.

Fukuchiyo Shuzo was founded in 1923 in Kashima, Saga Prefecture. The second-generation successor devoted himself to producing high-quality sake, while the third-generation successor aimed to create authentic sake representing Saga, thus establishing the "Nabeshima" brand.

Today, "Nabeshima" has become a representative sake of Saga, and even represents Japanese sake as a whole. However, we are not satisfied with just that; we aim for continuous growth and development.

This sake was specially brewed to celebrate the 100th anniversary. The label pays homage to the previously brewed "Fukuchiyo" brand. Please pick up this bottle of sake and enjoy the deliciousness of "Nabeshima" to the fullest.
