Upon entry into the mouth, a fresh and light taste quickly spreads, bringing a sense of summer freshness. The gradually expanding richness and sweetness of the rice blend seamlessly with the refreshing sensation, creating a harmonious and rich flavor. Once swallowed, the fruity acidity leaves a refreshing aftertaste.

Despite its noticeable sweetness, the taste is fresh and crisp, with a dry finish, making it easy to take sip after sip. This is a sake that perfectly combines fresh and rich flavors in the midst of summer. When chilled, paired with refreshing summer dishes, it provides a delightful experience of fresh and rich textures.

The summer-limited "Natsu Ginjo" comes from the renowned Aomori sake, Mutsu Hassen. The transparent aqua blue bottle, accompanied by the fresh label color scheme, evokes a sense of joy in the summertime.

Using rice produced in Aomori Prefecture, polished to 55% for koji rice and 60% for kake rice. To achieve a fresh and crisp mouthfeel, the alcohol content is slightly lowered to 14%.
