The aroma has a fresh white peach-like elegant fruitiness. The juicy sensation, like biting into freshly picked fruit, the clean acidity, and the persistent aftertaste can all be enjoyed in the finish.

The top-class Junmai Daiginjo in the "Mimurosugi Series" is born.

* "Takahashiikuhinomikotonisasageru" is the brewing god enshrined in Miwa.

Considered to be the oldest existing god, it is revered by brewers throughout Japan.
