The "Mansaku no Hana" series of sake offers a wide variety of options, including year-round products, limited editions, and aged sake.

Among them, one sake is unforgettable once seen – "Mansaku Koubo ProjectX," also known as "MK-X."

Using Yamada Nishiki rice as the koji rice and Akita Sake Komachi as the blending rice, both with a polishing rate of 50%, the pure rice Ginjo sake is rapidly cooled using a Basterizer.

The MK series uses our unique rice "Hinomaru" and creates a distinctive texture by blending white koji made for shochu. Especially rich in the depth and expression of acidity, each product (X, Y, Z) presents different acidity for you to fully appreciate.
