When heated, the tea aroma becomes even more pronounced and changes as the temperature decreases. Do not let it get too cold, as it is best when warmed or slightly warmed!

The aroma of Amakusa oranges runs through the entire flavor profile, with the tea aroma subtly following behind. The sake itself has sweetness, acidity, and a slight bitterness. The tea acts as the main aroma to complement the Amakusa oranges, just like the taste in your mouth after enjoying Amakusa sweets and tea.

Collaborating with "LIBROM" and "Chagori," the "Tea-Infused Sake" uses freshly brewed tea to make all the brewing water, and is a new type of sake made from rice, koji, and Japanese tea. This is the third edition, using Yame tea and Amakusa oranges from Fukuoka!
