This sake retains the unique rice flavor of junmai sake while also pursuing easy drinkability. The fusion of fruit and nut aromas balances the taste and bitterness, making it unforgettable. The unique warming method of Kuzuryu should not be missed, and it is also delicious when chilled.

"Kuzuryu" is a new type of sake with the idea of opening the door to freedom. This junmai sake is made by low-temperature fermentation using "Gohyakumangoku" rice grown in Fukui prefecture and has a rice polishing rate of 65%. It has an alcohol content of 14.5%, slightly lower than other Kokuryu Sake Brewing Corporation products.
