This is a sake made from the top-class Yamada Nishiki rice. It can only be tasted during this season and has become a luxurious sharp ginjo sake that emits a gorgeous aroma with a dry finish. Kamenoo Brewery Co., Ltd. has created the popular "Bakuren" brand through the unwavering challenge spirit led by the teasing president. This winter, they have released the limited period of the ultimate dry series with a creative mood. It's a super dry ginjo sake, called "Santa Claus Bakuren," made with top-class Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 40%.

The yeast used is the low acidity Ogawa juice #10 with the Isoamyl ester series aroma, which includes a banana-like flavor. This creates a stable style, far from the luxurious feeling.
