This Junmai Daiginjo sake combines a gorgeous aroma with a rich and complex flavor, featuring a soft mouthfeel and full, mellow sweetness, acidity, and umami in perfect harmony, leaving a pleasant aftertaste that lingers in the throat, enriching every special moment.

It can be paired with delicious dishes such as tempura, sea bream rice, fried chicken breast with su-miso, prosciutto, and figs fried in batter, bringing out the best in both the sake and the food.

"Kubota Manjyu," first introduced in 1986, has been a shining addition to many customers' special occasions ever since. We continuously strive to create a taste that is perfect for enhancing these special moments.

Our pursuit is a harmony of rich flavor and aroma. By improving the precision of the koji preparation, we have created a unique flavor for Manjyu, making it fuller and smoother while increasing its depth. In addition, when bringing out the rich flavor and harmonious aroma, we raise the temperature of the sake at the time of heating, then quickly cool it down so that the storage temperature is 5℃ lower than usual, allowing the elegant flavor to perfectly shine through.
