This sake emits a fresh aroma of green apples and champagne grapes. The fresh and mild pear flavor blends with the smooth rice flavor, creating a rich taste. The slightly carbonated citrus bitterness tightly wraps up the aftertaste, and although it has a sweet taste, the sweetness is slightly refreshing with a juicy sensation. In addition to the soft and full texture brought by the dregs, there is also a fruitiness like pear and grapefruit, showing a unique freshness and sweetness.
