Description

This sake offers a gentle muscat grape aroma. Upon tasting, it delivers a juicy sensation reminiscent of green apples, accompanied by a refreshing acidity. It brings a sense of freshness, with an elegant sweetness mingled with a subtle bitterness, leaving a lingering and memorable aftertaste.

"Hakugetsu" (White Moon) is a slightly sweeter version compared to other glorious chrysanthemum series sakes. Although it lacks any distinct characteristics, strangely enough, it becomes addictive. It is made from the Shinryoku sake rice, polished to 58%, sourced from Kumamoto Prefecture, and crafted as a pure rice ginjo sake. The alcohol content is also relatively low at 12%.
