Description

This sake is brewed to the same quality standards as the legendary sake "Ishidaya" and "Nisawemon," featuring a transparent appearance and an elegant, soft, and flavorful profile. The body emits an elegant aroma reminiscent of pears, accompanied by hints of fresh almonds and white flowers, evoking the taste of exquisite noble white wine. This sake pairs wonderfully with various dishes, including grilled seafood such as tuna, white fish, and sushi.

After the previous generation returned from France, the aging techniques of wine were applied to Japanese sake, and it was launched in the 50th year of the Showa era (1975). This sake became the most expensive in Japan at that time and marked a turning point for Kokuryu Sake Brewing Corporation. The now widely recognized term "Daiginjo" was also first used by Kokuryu in the industry.

At that time, a wine bag adorned with a gold foil-pressed dragon label was used for pressing the sake. This limited edition sake "Yoshidaya Jintoki," produced by the ultra-popular Kokuryu Sake Brewing Corporation, is known as a mythical sake that is hard to obtain.
