Description

With a slightly greenish hue, this sake exudes a pure and sharp atmosphere, with grapefruit peel and pear accentuating the freshness. There's also a green scent of Żubrówka grass (bison grass), and a subtle sweetness of plum blossom to complement the dignified ambiance. The taste is extremely dry and clean. The whole experience is tight and intense, leaving behind a taut yet slightly silky mineral essence.

Made from the finest Yamada Nishiki rice, this Daiginjo sake is fermented slowly and carefully at low temperatures, as implied by its name "Shizuku," which means "crystal-clear and clean." It is released as a limited edition in June and October.
