Description

The first impression is a dignified image, with fresh lemon, sweet melon in its fresh state, and the fragrance of white sweet flowers, osmanthus. In the latter half, it releases a fresh spiciness reminiscent of juniper, brilliant and crystalline, exuding a sparkling transparency.

Transitioning from a gentle touch to a dry impression, there is a viscous core strength from the tip of the tongue to the center, clearly conveying the development of flavors from the palate. The second half of the drink carries distinct tones, with citrus notes, and a fresh, moist, and gentle quality.

Crafted in a unique manner, this Junmai Daiginjo sake boasts a fresh and elegant aroma and flavor, making it a specialty pure rice Daiginjo. The first edition is named 'Nizaemon' and is released in limited quantities in November.
