Gradually, the spiciness of gardenia, vanilla, fresh almonds, and white pepper emerges, accompanied by a rose-like floral scent that adds a sense of nobility to the overall aroma. From the moment it touches the tip of the tongue, it feels harmonious, with a moist flavor and compact intensity maintaining a delicate balance, enveloping the entire palate. Slightly catching the scent of roses, the aroma is delicate and long-lasting.

By maturing the Junmai Daiginjo sake at low temperatures, its deliciousness and richness are enhanced, while the fragrance remains stable. Named "Ishidaya," it is a limited edition released in November.
