Description

This "Kinsuzume Junmai Ginjo Yamahai" has a slightly sweet taste, but still retains the refreshing acidity unique to Yamahai, leaving a rich and aromatic Junmai Ginjo sake aftertaste. It is a heart-pleasing fine sake.

Horie Shuzo in Nishiki-cho, Iwakuni City, is a representative brand established in 1764. Due to its limited production, it is a rare and highly sought-after sake. It uses the clear stream "Nishiki River," which has been selected as one of Japan's top 100 waters, and brewing techniques passed down from the Edo period.

Horie Shuzo has always adhered to the traditional Japanese sake brewing methods, while also exploring new possibilities. In the Junmai Daiginjo category of the International Wine Challenge (IWC), "Kinsuzume (Platinum Kinju)" won the highest trophy. It has won the world championship for two consecutive years.

This is a Yamahai-style Junmai Ginjo sake that combines 250 years of traditional techniques with the latest brewing technology to create a beautiful sake.
