As time passes, this sake will gradually develop a thicker and richer flavor during the aging process. It is recommended to first try it as a new sake to appreciate the unique personality of Kikkokabishi. This is an unpasteurized sake, so it is shipped refrigerated. Please store it in a cool place upon receipt.

Shimizu Sake Brewery is a very small brewery, and because of its size, the brewing process can only be carried out by a few people, ensuring that the sake conveys the brewmaster's heartfelt intentions. Under the new system where President Shimizu personally acts as the brewmaster, the resulting sake is even more filled with personality, generating much anticipation.
