It is recommended not to chill it too much, and to enjoy it at room temperature for the best experience.

Kihotsuru, almost unknown in the Kansai region, has become very popular! I recommend the fresh sake for its crisp taste, but also highly recommend the full-bodied sake after fermentation for its richness!
