Description

This sake has a rich aroma, with a sweetness reminiscent of ripe melons or bananas. The texture is uniquely soft and smooth, followed by the bubbles unique to Kaze no Mori, making a popping sound. It is a low-polished rice with good thickness and a complex umami taste, clearly expressing the unique and harmonious flavor of Kaze no Mori.

Overall, the body feels rich and balanced. The aftertaste is long-lasting without any heaviness. This is an extremely rare and luxurious sake that should not be missed.

The Nara Prefecture's Gose City-brewed "Kaze no Mori" introduces its periodically released limited edition product "Akizusho 807 Manakatori Namazake".

"Akizusho" is a representative sake rice of Kaze no Mori, which is polished to 80% low polishing ratio and brewed using the unique method of "Shin-nakatori".

"Manakatori" is a unique brewing method of Abura-cho Sake Brewery, in which only the part that drips from the squeezing machine is harvested, which is an extremely luxurious method and accounts for only about 15% of the total amount. This rare sake is directly bottled and becomes a luxurious limited edition sake.
