Description

In terms of taste, with a polishing rate of 80%, this sake offers a considerable richness. It has a full and abundant flavor reminiscent of compressed pineapple. However, thanks to the unique refreshing acidity and slight effervescence of Kaze no Mori, it avoids being overly sweet or feeling high in alcohol content. It is truly a very intriguing sake.

Rokuyon is the only recommended sake rice variety in Nara Prefecture. It was temporarily discontinued due to cultivation difficulties but was successfully revived through the efforts of farmers throughout Nara Prefecture. This rice variety is a crossbreed of Hakutsuru and Early Senbon, characterized by its large shinpaku (starchy center), rapid water absorption, and distinctive personality, setting it apart from Yamada Nishiki.
