Among the Kaze no Mori series, this sake is probably the one with the most noticeable sweetness and deliciousness.

The complex flavors are subdued, directly displaying a delicious taste that is very suitable for people who don't like the typical alcohol taste of Japanese sake or those who aren't good at drinking. Of course, for those who enjoy the sweet flavor of rice, this sake should be the best choice.

The popular Tsuyuhakaze from the Kaze no Mori series has finally released a Junmai Daiginjo version. In January 2017, Yonaga Shuzo succeeded in brewing a sake using "Tsuyuhakaze," a unique brewing rice from Nara prefecture, polished to 50%. Like "Tsuyuhakaze 807," you can feel the sweet flavor of rice.
