At the same time, Kaze no Mori's unique minerality and complex layers are retained, achieving a balance of lightness and depth. The finish is clean and crisp, with a refreshing aftertaste that makes it irresistible to take another sip, embodying a spirit of innovation and challenge.

This sake is an ultra-limited edition specially brewed by the sake brewery team to explore new flavors, and it features a completely new specification not found in regular products. For this edition, specially selected sake rice "Tsukiha Kaze" from Mitsu Village in Nara Prefecture was used, polished to 65%, and brewed with a long low-temperature fermentation process.

Most uniquely, it utilizes Kaze no Mori's proprietary "Manakatori" technique, which involves collecting the sake liquid that naturally drips without applying any pressing pressure, resulting in a purer and more delicate flavor.
