Description

Expressing the unique sweetness and complexity of Akitsuhosho, the taste is full-bodied.

The first "Yamanokami Kobo" sake from Kaze no Mori

This yeast was isolated and extracted from wild lilies in the sacred domain of the Sanno Shrine, at the foot of Mount Miwa in Nara Prefecture, during the spring of 2012. According to the ancient sake vessels and other artifacts unearthed at the Yama no Kami site, located at the western foothills of Mount Miwa, it was named "Yamanokami (やまのかみ)." Hence, it carries a divine essence.
