Kankiku Meijo has launched a special sake product, which is only pressed on February 29th every four years, called "Leap Day".

Special attention is paid to every step of the brewing process, aiming for uniqueness. Named after the leap day, it uses 5 million stone rice from Chiba Prefecture, polished to 29%, and is made into an unfiltered raw sake.
