The flavor has been optimized through last year's brewing process, resulting in a smooth mouthfeel without any roughness.

This local sake from the treasure trove of seafood and land produce in Ninety-Nine Beach, Chiba Prefecture was established in 1883, and is represented by the Kankiku brand. It has become a renowned focus for sake enthusiasts and industry members alike.

Focusing on the common "scenes" and "longings" of everyday life, this ultra-rare, unfiltered original sake, brewed only once a year with a unique perspective on each season, is truly a special moment in time. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic over the past few years, the previous year's titles were "Beyond X" and "Beyond C", but this year's title is "Silver Lining" (a sign of hope), as the situation is finally stabilizing.

"Sounomai" rice is said to be well-suited for high-polished sakes. This limited edition sake may be the highest polished of its kind in the history of Kankiku. The label depicts a beam of yellow light shining through the clouds as a symbol of hope.
