"Pray for Noto" uses 40% polished Aiyama rice, and a refined texture and aroma is achieved by using the M310 yeast.

With a beautiful and pure sweetness and texture that is elegant and akin to a jewel, this is indeed a bottle that embodies the essence of Aiyama. As it contains natural gas, it is recommended to use a transparent glass to fully savor the tantalizing freshness that comes with its fine effervescence.

A special drop of Sakumu Meijo's Kankiku - the "Pray for Noto Special Edition"

Brewed as a show of support towards the disaster-stricken areas of the Noto Peninsula in the year 2020, the "Pray for Noto Special Edition" was created.

As an exclusive version to last year's regular edition, this "Kara-kase Muroka Nama Genshu" edition was launched, which is different from the "Chu-tori Hiire" version released at the end of last year. Furthermore, a special 1800ml size was produced.

This Nama Genshu will only be available during this time. Approximately 20% of the sales will be donated as a charitable contribution to the disaster-stricken areas. May every sip carry hopes and wishes for recovery to those affected by the disaster.
