The first pure rice ginjo new sake is named 'DeParture,' reflecting the theme of "new beginnings." It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized fresh sake brewed only in winter, with a determination to "surpass the previous year in every brewing." It embodies an exciting taste that traces back to the horizon, fully utilizing minerals from the Kujukurihama Coast.
