"Monochrome" is a super limited series of nama sake brewed and released irregularly every year.

This year, the sake uses "Yamazake 4", a sake rice that has been cultivated for a long time. With a passion to "create a sake rice like Yamada Nishiki, originated in Yamagata Prefecture", it aligns with the concept of "monochrome" and makes this product more thoughtful.

Released in early autumn, while the summer warmth still lingers, we hope it can accompany your every "memory".
