This is the first time the "Tankanwataribune" Kamonishiki Koshu sake series has used this rice variety. This sake fully brings out the feeling of tropical fruits while also showcasing the refreshing taste that is common to the "Tankanwataribune" variety.

The rare "Tankanwataribune" rice was successfully revived from only 14 grams of seed by the efforts of Mr. Takaki Yamanouchi, a famous "watabune" brewer. It is now brewed by major sake breweries across Japan.

This sake brings a feeling of tropical fruits and refreshing breeze, as if one can instantly feel the mood of a tropical island. This is the first "Tankanwataribune" made by Kamonishiki Koshu sake and fully expresses the flavor of the Oyama system and the refreshing taste that is common to this variety, making it an excellent choice.
