Crafted from the premium sake rice, Hattan Nishiki, polished to 50%, this is a pure rice Daiginjo sake. The National Research Institute of Brewing is located in Hiroshima Prefecture, which boasts a long history of sake brewing and is where the Hattan Nishiki rice was developed and cultivated.
