This is a new product from Kamonishiki's "Kisuisen" series of sake. It is a pure rice daiginjo, brewed from high-quality Yamada Nishiki rice and polished to 40%, making it a high-grade white sake that is rarely found at this price point. Kamonishiki Brewery sets a low price for this product with the idea of "first, let you try it!" and hopes that everyone will enjoy this sake.
