From Niigata prefecture, Kamonishiki Brewery's "Kozasu" series iconic product, "Junmai Daiginjo Shiboritate Muroka Nama Genshu," is a limited edition of unpasteurized raw sake bottled without undergoing any heat sterilization process.

Enjoy the natural flavors of Kozasu and the unique impact of raw sake. This is a modern classic sake.

In this version, we adopt the "Funabakumi" specification, which emphasizes the freshness and overall lightness, allowing the aroma to be more prominent and sweetness to be more extended. This sake is full of modernity and has a further classic balance. We cannot help but wonder whether it could evolve further. However, it undoubtedly continues to climb to higher peaks!
