The newly developed 'BRILLIANCE' series pursues the skills of high quality, highly polished rice, and aging techniques. Kamonishiki Brewery ventured into using the high-quality sake rice 'Koshitanrei' for the first time in their attempt to brew this sake. 'Koshitanrei' was developed and cultivated by the Niigata Agricultural Experiment Station and is characterized by its plump grains and resistance to polishing.
