Produced by Kameizumi Brewery, a small local brewery in Kochi Prefecture, this pure rice ginjo raw sake named "Kameizumi Junmai Ginjo Genshu CEL-24" is brewed using the "CEL-24" yeast cultivated in Kochi Prefecture and made from Hattan Nishiki rice.

This new type of yeast "CEL-24" has a strong fruity aroma and is known for its high sweetness, which is very rare among Japanese sake in Kochi Prefecture.

Depending on the season and the type of barrel used, the alcohol content of Japanese sake can vary from "-8.0 to 15.0." However, Kameizumi Brewery's skilled brewers have successfully blended a well-balanced acidity and flavor profile, producing a sweet and fruity pure rice ginjo sake.
