The 2022 special collaboration features Japanese artist Ayana Ootake, who personally visited Minami-Uonuma City to gather inspiration from the local scenery and the story of Komako from Yasunari Kawabata's novel "Snow Country," creating a uniquely evocative label design.

The body of this sake uses the rare rice variety "Omachi," polished to 48%, meticulously crafted into a Junmai Daiginjo.
