Description

The aroma of this sake is very mild and delicate, it dances on the tongue with a refreshing and elegant taste, leaving a well-balanced sensation. When heated, it becomes even more flavorful and delicious.

It is best to pair with sashimi or grilled fish dishes, as it is refreshing and helps to cleanse the palate.

Kiyotsu Sake Brewery was founded in the 39th year of the Meiji period. After serving in the Russo-Japanese War, Kiyotsu Keisuke returned home and founded the Kiyotsu Sake Brewery, naming it "Kachikoma" to commemorate the victory in the war. The label design was created by artist Mitsuo Ikeda in hopes that everyone will enjoy it. Limited edition winter release.
